You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must provide proof (photos/video) of the issue

🔁 Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered

Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is out of stock for replacement, OR
  • The issue cannot be resolved with a replacement

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank account (for COD orders)

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor variations (color/size perception due to lighting)
  • Improper handling or damage caused by customer

📸 Mandatory Proof

To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (highly recommended)
  • Photos showing the issue

🚚 Return Shipping

  • In most cases, we arrange reverse pickup
  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship (shipping cost reimbursed)
